Will I receive all of the images taken?

Yes, a photo cannot be loved and cherished if it is never delivered. Granted, that one photo of you sneezing with one eye open may not make the cut. However, we will always strive to deliver as many images as possible from your photo session.

When should I book my wedding or event?

Ultimately, this will depend solely on the date you intend to book. Some days are extremely popular and will book up very quickly (like a year or more out!). We always recommend booking your special event at least 6 months in advance, or as soon as possible to secure the date.

Can I order an album or fine-art prints?

You bet! All of our photo sessions include an online gallery where you can order high quality prints of your photos directly from us. We will always ask you during your wedding consultation if you would like for us to put together a unique, beautiful photo album following your special day.

How do i decide the location, wardrobe, & other details?

During your Discovery Session, we will get to go in-depth about your creative vision for your photo or video shoot. This will help us learn what permits (if any) are required, and what the overall aesthetic of your shoot will be. If your vision requires additional resources such as a commercial studio, makeup artist, hired talent, etc., they will be factored into the total cost of your shoot.

what if I don’t have time to sit down for a discovery session?

No problem! We would be more than happy to setup a phone call or video conference with you or your team to discuss the proposed photo/video shoot in detail. It is imperative that we dedicate some time to become acquainted and plan your shoot. This will ultimately allow us to ensure that your shooting experience is both seamless and personalized.

Basic photo/video services such as headshots or real estate sessions are exempt.*

When will I receive my images?

The amount of time that it takes for editing will vary depending on the nature of your event or photo session. On average, you can expect your portrait photos to be delivered within 3-4 days, or your wedding and event photos within 2 weeks. We pride ourselves in retouching each of your photos individually and we are committed to delivering your photos as soon as possible.

Will steven be the primary photographer/videographer at my shoot?

Absolutely. Steven will be the primary photographer/videographer for every service booked with Griffin Imagery. That being said, most of our services will include an assistant or second shooter to assist him during your shoot.

How many weddings and events do you shoot a year?

We typically will book only 10-15 weddings and events per year. Every wedding and event deserves the utmost attention to detail, so we try to keep this number to a minimum. While some companies may shoot 15 weddings per month, we keep our bookings exclusive to guarantee that your experience will be personalized and of the highest quality.

Is my photo/video shoot weather permitting?

In short, possibly. We possess special lighting equipment and weather-resistant gear that allows us to create in a variety of conditions. However, if it is deemed unsafe for our team to execute your shoot, we will touch base and reschedule accordingly.

Booked weddings and events are not weather permitting and will be subject to rescheduling fees.*

when are my payments due?

This will vary depending upon the scale of your photo or video shoot. However, you can typically expect that your total balance must be paid before the delivery of your finished videos or galleries.
